WASHINGTON (7News) — After some frosty mornings and cooler-than-average temperatures to end the week, quite a big warm-up is on the way for the final days of April. So far in 2024, Washington, D.C. has only reached 80 degrees a handful of times. Once on January 26, which was the hottest day ever recorded for the month of January in D.C. Another time was on April 14 and 15 where highs reached 82 and 83 degrees respectively.
