    A Miami-Dade lieutenant deputy who allegedly punched a woman he brought home after realising she had a penis has been cleared of all criminal charges. 54-year-old Lt. Daniel Chala had no idea the woman was transgender and he claims she made no attempt to let him know it. Chala was arrested in April for allegedly battering the transgender woman, who he met at E11even nightclub in Miami and took back home for some drunken action.
