In an off-campus home in Moscow, Idaho, college students Ethan Chapin, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle and Kaylee Goncalves were brutally murdered on November 13, 2022 around 4 am. The Moscow Police Department, the Latah County Sheriff’s Office, and the Idaho State Police have all been involved in the case but cyber sleuths are utilizing the latest in technology in the vacuum created by what they consider a lack of leads.

Living with PTSD, Depressive Disorder and General Anxiety Condition is difficult but I’m here, inside, my home I mean. I think I have come to grips with these issues being a part of my life, these disabilities being things I have to work through and around. It will be a journey until it isn’t.

She’s innocently reading a book in the student center on campus at Bridgeport University and has no idea that a stalker has entered the room. He finds a place to stage himself but he’s watching her every move. She doesn’t feel the vibe of his prying eyes but her night is about to become a miserable nightmare.

Hillsdale Christian College has established affiliations with charter schools around the country, including the one in Florence, that ascribe to the “classical” educational model. Looking deep into the charter school application, I found they place overly restrictive restraints on anything they believe is controversial. That would include climate, gender, race, evolution, gun violence, etc., all important subjects for our youth to explore.

Last week, Columbia University suspended both the Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) and the Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP) organizations for violations of campus policies. This followed Brandeis University’s suspension of its own SJP chapter. I would console these suspended student groups by confirming that no action worth leading should not rankle the establishment. These student groups will not be silent, because they will be vocal outside of the official channels.
