A Douglas County judge on Monday sentenced an Aurora man to 14 years in prison for a fatal hit-and-run in Parker from two years ago. Tory Conyers, 46, was convicted of multiple felony charges, including vehicular homicide, for a fatal crash that occurred while he was fleeing from police on Aug. 21, 2023, according to a news release from the 23rd Judicial District Attorney's Office.

Nobody was injured after a bus carrying students from Denver caught fire on the highway in Utah Friday morning. While experiencing a mechanical issue while driving on State Route 191 south of Moab, the bus pulled over and everyone inside evacuated, Utah Highway Patrol confirmed on Saturday. Shortly after everyone had gotten out of the bus, it caught on fire, police added. The roadway was temporarily closed while crews extinguished the flames.

Wyoming police are looking for a missing woman who they believe could be in the Denver area. Kelsey Johnson, 32, also known as Kelsey Hall, is described as a 5-foot-2-inch tall woman with brown eyes and naturally brown hair, though she was last known to have maroon or dark pink highlights, according to a news release from the Gillette Police Department.
