A Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office deputy shot a man to death Sunday night following a domestic dispute incident in Southwest Miami-Dade, officials said. Deputies received a call shortly before 6:30 p.m. Sunday from a woman in an altercation with her armed husband near Southwest 130th Avenue and 132nd Terrace, according to the sheriff’s office. A struggle was heard during the call. When a deputy arrived, the man was brandishing a firearm. A deputy fired at the man, whom authorities did not identify.

Two people were shot and killed during an altercation at a Miami food truck early Monday, the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office said. Just after midnight, MDSO deputies responded to reports of a shooting at NW 27 Avenue and NW 30 Street in Allapattah. Deputies said they found a man and woman on the ground with gunshot wounds. The woman was identified as 27-year-old Jeankerely Maria Linares Marin. Upon arrival, Miami-Dade Fire Rescue pronounced Marin dead at the scene.
