    The man who punched a Broward Sheriff’s Office deputy in the face before a second deputy shot him Sunday is facing felony charges, according to authorities. Joshua Gullatt, 22, was identified Monday as the man who BSO officers shot the day before on the 4000 block of Southwest 26th Street.
