That is 100k more trips/week than Tesla does. And they are cutting cost, improving performance, a much better vehicle for RT, so likely beat Tesla. Or at least give Tesla competition so it won't be able to charge the very high rats Musk thinks he can get for RT. Not sure how Musk thinks the RT they show will work as too hard to get in, out of and not wheelchair accessible.
