In a misguided effort to address rising housing costs, the Biden-Harris administration announced a proposal to cap rent increases at 5 percent for "corporate" landlords. While I don't I agree with the President or Vice President on much, I do agree that we have a housing problem in this country; the problem is rent control is just exactly the wrong way to solve it. Millions of Americans are struggling to pay rents that in some cases are rising faster than their wages.

Nonetheless, the ongoing influence of those ideas continues to harm men and the people around them. These are some of the findings of a new survey of men in Australia. The Man Box survey, led by The Men’s Project at Jesuit Social Services in partnership with Respect Victoria, spoke to 2,523 Australian men aged between 18 and 30.

regulations and policies through recent regulatory and
sub-regulatory actions. These efforts, which are described in
detail below, include updates to Medicare's provider and
supplier enrollment regulations at 42 C.F.R. §424, Subpart P
and changes to the Form CMS-855A for the first time in twelve
years.
