Two youths were hurt and a minor charged with drunk driving after a crash in Saratoga County on Sunday. It happened just before 7 a.m. on County Route 24 in the town of Corinth. The driver was traveling east on Fuller Road, when it passed a stop sign and crossed County Route 24 before ending up in an embankment. The driver had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.10%, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office said. The legal limit is 0.08%. Three passengers were in the vehicle.
