SALT LAKE CITY — A man suspected of kicking down a homeowner’s fence and stealing tools is in police custody after fleeing from officers on Monday. Raymond Don Keith, 36, was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail on suspicion of second-degree attempted burglary of a dwelling, third-degree failure to stop at the command of police, and misdemeanor charges of theft, criminal mischief, and reckless driving, according to the police affidavit.

SALT LAKE CITY — A semi carrying a tank trailer left a trail of destruction Monday morning after it left the roadway, crashing into several cars, utilities, and ending up in a Wellington home. Lt. Cameron Roden with the Utah Highway Patrol said at approximately 6:20 a.m., the semi was traveling eastbound on state Route 6 when it left the roadway.
