In Reply We thank Long et al for commenting on our national COVID-19 cancer evaluation.1 To our knowledge, this was the first study to show that the absence of immune or antibody responses was observed frequently in patients with cancer, and this absence was associated with increased SARS-CoV-2 infection risk. First, Long et al suggest we performed a retrospective study.
