$TSLA was one of those 90 companies that filed a 10-K/A with proxy stuff in it. The last time it was late with its proxy was 2022.

There were 125 proxies filed after 4 pm EST today. Among them are $EBAY, $TRUP, $RXT and $CSGP. Another 90 10-K/As which have proxy-related info in them, as required by @SECGov.

Today is proxy deadline day for those companies on a calendar year. There should be a bunch coming in once the market closes.

Reading statements from @SECGov #crypto roundtable today. Carolyn Crenshaw compares the custody issue to airlines losing luggage and not being held responsible. CryptoMom @HesterPeirce compares it to "The Floor is Lava".

So director resignation letters are very rare. But when I do find one, I can't think of a single one that was redacted, let alone as heavily redacted as this. Something not adding up here. Did $HOG do the redacting and if so, under what authority?
