Cohort descriptionThe UCC-SMART Study is a single-centre prospective cohort study, ongoing in both inclusion and follow-up, in which patient care and scientific research concerning cardiovascular risk factors and disease are integrated. This is depicted in figure 1 and discussed in more detail in the sections below.
