Images of character posters for The Acolyte being displayed on the street have been posted to social media by one of the people from the Disney marketing department. Five characters from the series are spotlighted here: Lee Jung-jae as Master Sol, Dafne Keen as Jecki Lon, Joonas Suotamo as Kelnacca, Carrie-Anne Moss as Master Indara, and Amandla Stenberg as Mae. The official images for these have not been revealed by Lucasfilm yet, but they should hit online within the next few days.

A new spot for The Acolyte was posted to Twitter over the weekend, featuring new footage, dialogue, and also some interesting details. Courtesy of @Zcure1, the promo shows a few seconds of a flashback scene featuring Jedi Master Sol (Lee Jung-jae) and a younger Mae (Amandla Stenberg). It also features Jung-jae’s character in the present timeline finding Stenberg on the edge of a cliff — only it’s a less determined character now, and looks even scared. “I didn’t do it”, she says.

In a Screen Rant interview that went under the radar a few weeks ago, Daisy Ridley discussed the possible inclusion of John Boyega’s Finn in the new Star Wars film she’ll be starring in, and whether it could fulfill the promise of the character becoming a Jedi. It was announced today that Patrick McKay and JD Payne, the showrunners and lead writers on Prime Video’s The Rings of Power, have signed a new three-year overall deal with Amazon MGM Studios. They have also launched their own production banner, 10:40 PM Productions, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Season 2 is currently in post-production and will come out later this year.
