Images of character posters for The Acolyte being displayed on the street have been posted to social media by one of the people from the Disney marketing department. Five characters from the series are spotlighted here: Lee Jung-jae as Master Sol, Dafne Keen as Jecki Lon, Joonas Suotamo as Kelnacca, Carrie-Anne Moss as Master Indara, and Amandla Stenberg as Mae. The official images for these have not been revealed by Lucasfilm yet, but they should hit online within the next few days.

A new behind-the-scenes promo for The Acolyte was posted recently to the Australia and New Zealand official YouTube channel, focusing on Lee Jung-jae’s Master Sol and featuring a lot brief glimpses of new footage. In it, we see several members of the cast and crew talk about the South Korean actor, including Leslye Headland, who said she was writing the character at the time Squid Game game out, and immediately realized she’d found the actor to play Sol.

Variety published earlier this week new data that suggests that, despite having been released before 2024, several Star Wars series have been performing rather well on Disney Plus since the year began. The graph at the bottom was made by the data analytics company Luminate Data, which observed that four Star Wars series account for more than 15% of the viewership share of Disney Plus originals between Dec. 29 and May 10.
