The 2025 NCAA Division men’s ice hockey Frozen Four is set to begin Thursday night in St. Louis. The 2025 NCAA Frozen Four will feature two traditional college ice hockey powerhouses and two first-time semifinalists. Crashing the party in 2025 are the Penn State Nittany Lions and Western Michigan Broncos, both of whom are in the NCAA Frozen Four for the first time program history. They are joined by college ice hockey mainstays the Boston Terriers and Denver Pioneers.

The Nittany Lions booked their trip to the regional final with a win over Maine, while the Huskies set up a battle with the Nittany Lions with a win over Quinnipiac. Whoever wins this game will make the Frozen Four for the 1st time in program history.
