Ruth Ann Leathers, 42, of Wellston, faces one count of enabling child sexual ause. Court records shows that a $200,000 bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Carroll on the day charges were filed.

A Chandler man who reportedly secured a job with Oklahoma Juvenile Affairs in Tecumseh and faces five felonies related to alleged crimes dealing with child pornography has pleaded innocent and is scheduled for a felony docket in August. Three charges were originally filed in early September of 2024 in Lincoln County District Court against Jerrod Tyler Collins, 37. His arraignment was May 6. Appearing before District Judge Sarah Bridge for that, Collins pleaded innocent.

Formal charges of DUI-Great Bodily injury and failure to stop for yield sign were filed July 15, 2024 against Tymber Nannette Hall, 34. In April of 2025, she waived her preliminary hearing. Appearing for her arraignment before District Judge Sarah Bridge, she pleaded innocent.

He appeared before Associate District Judge Joe Dobry on Apr. 21 who set his bond at $250,000. He made his initial appearance on May 1. His prepreliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. May29.
