    UW-Whitewater wrestlers Brayden Peet and Dominik Mallinder earned All-American honors at the 2025 NCAA Division III National Championships, Saturday, March 15 at the Amica Mutual Pavilion in Providence, Rhode Island. Peet earned a fourth place finish in the 165-pound weight class, in his first NCAA nationals appearance. He started the tournament strong on Friday with an 8-2 decision win against Ithaca College wrestler Konrad Parker.

    The UW-Whitewater baseball team remains undefeated after eight games. The Warhawks have maintained a No. 1 ranking through three weeks of the season as they approach their home-opener against Saint Mary’s (Minnesota) Wednesday, March 26. Despite falling short to Misericordia University (Pennsylvania) in the 2024 NCAA Division III College World Series Championship, Whitewater entered this season with a No. 1 target on their back along with the pride and pressures that come with it.

    UW-Whitewater graduate Quint Studer may be one of the most successful alumni of the university, but also one of the most generous. The Warhawk alumnus is the owner of many different businesses including Healthcare Plus Solutions and two minor league baseball teams. Studer also created the Studer Group, a healthcare consulting firm which he sold for $325 million in 2015.

    The globally esteemed UW-Whitewater Men’s Wheelchair Basketball team is underway with a brand new season coming off the program’s 14th national championship in 2024. While three of the Warhawks five starters have departed from the 2o24 championship team, a new class of seven freshmen will look to maintain the program’s excellence. Whitewater hosted a home tournament Friday Nov. 22 and Saturday Nov. 23 at Kachel Fieldhouse.
