1 Introduction The discovery of graphene has sparked intense interest in exploring the exotic properties of 2D optoelectronics using van der Waals (vdW) layered materials.[1] Among these, semiconducting vdW layered materials have become a key focus in optoelectronics because they possess a bandgap, which overcomes a major limitation of graphene.[2, 3] Since the initial studies on MoS2, various vdW semiconductors, such as GaSe, have been extensively investigated.[4-6] Monolayer (1L)-MoS2...

2. Materials and Methods 2.1. Cell Lines and CultureHuman colon adenocarcinoma cell lines LoVo (KCLB No. 10229), SW480 (KCLB No. 10228), COLO205 (KCLB No. 10222), HCT116 (KCLB No. 10247), HT29 (KCLB No. 30038), and Caco2 (KCLB No. 30037.1) were purchased from the Korean Cell Line Bank (KCLB, Seoul, Republic of Korea). CRAC cells were cultured in RPMI1640 medium (Hyclone, Logan, UT, USA) supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum, 1× penicillin, and streptomycin.
