Figure 1 is an overview of our proposed HMCDA model. First, in “Construction of heterogeneous graph”   section, we construct a heterogeneous graph by integrating circRNA-disease associations (CDAs), circRNA-miRNA associations, disease-miRNA associations and disease-disease associations (DDAs). Besides, six metapaths based on biomedical pathways are defined in “Metapaths based on biomedical pathways” section  among circRNA, miRNA and disease entities.
