IntroductionNail lichen planus (NLP) is a rare inflammatory nail disorder, which usually emerges in adulthood, and is characterized by predominant nail matrix destruction that can affect one or multiple nails/toenails (1). The management of NLP has always been challenging because of high rates of therapeutic failures and limited treatment options available, especially at the stage of dorsal pterygium (1).
