EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – In a historic moment, 60 National Guard soldiers were sworn in at the border, taking an oath to assist Border Patrol agents in apprehending and detaining those crossing the border illegally. EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – Today’s national day is Be an Angel Day, which is a day dedicated to encouraging us to be someone’s angel. EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – This has got to be one of my favorite holidays, a time women celebrate women. Today is a day for letting your girlfriends know they’re loved on National Girlfriend’s Day. It could be all about your partner, about a best friend or family member – this day is for the women in your life. There are no rules for how to celebrate. You can get as creative as you like, send flowers, organize a dinner party or a simple but cute text letting your girlfriends know they’re appreciated.
