    FRANKLIN CO., Wash. -- One person died and five others were hurt after a fiery multi-vehicle crash on SR 395 in Franklin County Saturday. The crash involved four semi-trucks and four vehicles and shut down the highway for nearly six hours. The victim has been identified as 29-year-old Andrew Thomas of Spokane. According to the Washington State Patrol, Thomas was driving a van northbound on SR 395 just before 4:30 p.m., about four miles north of Connell, when the crash occurred.
