ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A new headstone honoring Monroe County Sheriff’s Office K-9s was placed at a local pet cemetery last week, after the previous two markers had been filled up. News 8’s Reilly Mullen spoke with the owner of Rush Inter Inc., who has been laying K-9s to rest for decades. The business has laid to rest more than 4,000 pets over 46 years. More than 80 have been buried with particular honors for being the working animals of local law enforcement agencies.
