TNS commissioned a Kantar survey of 1,033 U.S. adults.     RingCentral has named Brandon Thomas the replacement to former channel head Zane Long, now sitting atop the artificial intelligence (AI)-leaning unified-communications-as-a-service (UCaaS) vendor's channel partner program. In the role since March, Thomas has held seven other senior channel positions. He most recently, served as vice president of global partner success. In a LinkedIn post, he thanked Long for his near decade of building RingCentral's channel partner program.
