    Kano State Government has raised concern over improper waste disposal in some hospitals in the state. The Commissioner for Environment, Dr. Dahir Hashim, made the government’s position known during an inspection of Waziri Gidado Hospital, Murtala Muhammad Specialists Hospital, and the Abdullahi Wase Teaching Hospital on Friday in KanoHashim warned that the practice posed significant health risks to both patients and the public.
