Rowdy sheeter Mental Manja was murdered on Friday night in Bengaluru. Bengaluru: A rowdy sheeter who was accused over eight cases including murder and robbery was hacked to death on Friday night in Weaver Colony in Anekal on Bengaluru Outskirts. The deceased has been identified as Manjunath alias Mental Manja. According to the police, he was murdered by a person who was a witness in a case registered against Mental Manja.

Cash and jewellery seized from the accused Mandya: The Maddur Police arrested eight people including a police constable who assisted thieves in robbing houses. The police have identified the accused as Kedagadannaiah, a police constable at Koppa Police Station, Dolly, Bhavan, Sadan, Ayub, Munna, Prasad, and Fayaz. The police seized 1.486 kg of gold and Rs 1.70 lakh cash from the accused.
