    Knoxville will install traffic cameras in school zones and allow Blue Line Solutions to mail tickets to speeders in an effort to improve safety for children. The Knoxville City Council voted 7-1 to pay Blue Line Solutions for its products and services, and approved an ordinance for automated traffic enforcement. Council member Amelia Parker voted against the contract over concerns about data storage and Seema Singh was absent May 27.
