In Fig. 1B of the Report “Phosphorylation-dependent ubiquitination of cyclin E by the SCFFbw7 ubiquitin ligase” (5 October 2001, p. 173), an image of the positive controls showing ubiquitination of cyclin E/Cdk2 in lanes 10, 11, and 12 was mistakenly used in the positive control lanes 4, 5, and 6 during figure assembly. Both experiments were performed under identical conditions.
