Hans Schwendimann on April 16 and returned these formal criminal charges, or indictments, against the following persons, who will appear in Hickman County Criminal Court to enter guilty pleas or seek a trial:— John Michael Biggs Jr., first-degree murder, involving the death of Jeff Sullivan on February 7, 2025; aggravated assault, involving injuries to Samantha Biggs, on the same date; both felonies.
