Russia is suspending its participation in the New START Nuclear Treaty causing some to worry that a new arms race, or a Cold War 2.0, will begin. Shane Dimapanat has the story. The Rhode Island School of Design announced on Monday that it will withdraw from U.S News and World Report’s undergraduate rankings. The school’s decision comes amidst a slew of withdrawals from law and medical schools. RISD cited U.S. News’ inability to assess how its students learn as the basis for its change in participation.
