Mark Robinson stood at a podium marked with the Illuminati insignia in front of a cork board covered in red string. “It’s time to restore common-sense ideas, like Bill Cosby was the victim of an Illuminati conspiracy, and climate change is a hoax just like 9/11 and Pearl Harbor,” said the uncanny-looking then-lieutenant governor. The Trump administration has claimed it convinced Russia and Ukraine to enter a limited ceasefire in the Black Sea, a crucial body of water for grain shipping. But almost a week after the announcement, no one seems to know when the ceasefire will begin or how it will be implemented. The White House announced the Black Sea deal on March 25 after teams from all three countries met in Saudi Arabia.
