I once did a chef takeover at this super-cute wine and tapas bar downtown, serving a menu of my creation. Coquito is a divine, creamy coconut rum drink from Puerto Rico. I wanted to take the creaminess a step further by adding avocado, and topping it with miso caramel to give it a sweet/salty touch. I omitted the alcohol to keep this as a mocktail, but feel free to add some rum. This would be excellent as a dessert drink, as it is on the heavier side.
