Win one for Pete!The Cincinnati Reds have officially hired Terry Francona to take over the reins as the team's manager heading into the 2025 season. Francona and the Reds agreed to a three-year contract with a club-option for the 2028 season. Francona has a Hall of Fame résumé and could quite possibiy be the leader that this young Reds team needs.

Coquito is a divine, creamy coconut rum drink from Puerto Rico. I wanted to take the creaminess a step further by adding avocado, and topping it with miso caramel to give it a sweet/salty touch. I omitted the alcohol to keep this as a mocktail, but feel free to add some rum. This would be excellent as a dessert drink, as it is on the heavier side.
