    Barrett-Jackson’s Palm Beach sale brings a host of hot rods, muscle cars and European exotics to the South Florida Fairgrounds between April 25 and 27, 2025.     Singer Vehicle Design has teamed up with CrossHarbor Capital Partners to acquire America’s oldest permanent road course, Willow Springs in California. Long-time owners the Huth family put the facility up for sale in summer 2024, and it has now been acquired by ‘an affiliate’ of CrossHarbor Capital Partners and Singer. In a statement, Willow Springs said the new ownership sees public access as a key aspect of the circuit’s success, and it will continue to host public and private events.

    Broad Arrow is expanding its sale at this year’s Concorso d’Eleganza with a second sale dedicated to BMW. The cars will be auctioned on Saturday May 24, 2025, the night after the main sale. Broad Arrow says the sale will span nearly 70 years of BMW production, and will include racing machinary as well as road cars. Consignments continue to be added, with the latest additions including an M3 CSL E46 and a Group A rallying-prepared E30 M3.

    For years, the Nissan Skyline hype dominated every market crystal ball about the future, with the wider Japanese Domestic Model (JDM) cars usurping traditional brands courtesy of a younger audience. And for a long while, it looked like those portents would come true. Prices for the R34 Skyline grew year on year, in advance of the US’s 25-year import rule. Cars that would have cost £35,000 in 2010 now have an extra ‘1’ in front of that ‘3’.
