Nathaniel Drake

Nathaniel Drake is a Senior Associate on the Macroeconomic and Housing Forecast Team in Fannie Mae’s Economic and Strategic Research Group. He is involved with writing the weekly and economic commentaries and creating materials for internal and external presentations. In addition to forecasts, Nathaniel researches multiple topics relevant to the housing market and broader economy. Before his current role, Nathaniel worked in the Single-Family Analytics and Modeling teams at Fannie Mae. He joined the company in 2019. Nathaniel has a B.A. in both political science and communication from The University of Arizona and an M.S. in applied economics from The University of Maryland. Source
