Just a week after Jacquemus teased its latest collaboration on Instagram, our first look is here. Teaming up with the footwear powerhouse that is Timberland, the duo is cashing in on the boat shoe’s resurgence by releasing a new take on the 3-Eye Lug Boat Shoe. Titled “La Bateau,” the new silhouette was first introduced by Timberland in 1978 and since then, has become a staple piece in the summer wardrobe.

One thing (amongst many) that Jacquemus excels in is finding incredibly beautiful locations to host shows and shoot campaigns. The “LA CROISIÈRE” showcase saw the brand return to the official Paris Fashion Week schedule, hosting an intimate, 40-person runway show in the city. The follow-up campaign has landed, transporting us to the serene sands of Egypt. Lensed by Egyptian photographer and filmmaker Mohamed Sherif, the campaign stars models Angelina Kendall and Mohamed Hassan.
