As the sun shone for the first time in 2024, our specialist caravan and holiday parks team completed the retirement sale of Southfork Caravan Park in Somerset. Set within an attractive rural setting between Martock and South Petherton, the park offered a long established, low density touring and static park providing consent for 16 static pitches, 30 touring pitches and storage with 12 months use.

This week is National Careers week and here at Sanderson Weatherall we always endeavour to provide the best training, experience and guidance to our young people be that Graduates, work placements, apprentices or work experience. During the last 5 year period SW has helped over 30 Graduates pass their APC and in addition supported a number of our clients in helping their Graduates through the APC process and continue to do so. The APC consists of a written submission and a professional interview.

During the week from 18th February to 26th February 2023, 32 staff members from across the network of SW offices took part in the WWF Big Winter Wander. The aim of the challenge was for each participant to walk 10 miles over the course of the week. Staff exceeded expectations and on average, each participant walked 12 miles and raised £1,073 for WWF.
