    I really value Bill Gates’ comment that, “You overestimate the change that will occur in the next two years and underestimate the change that will occur in the next ten.”It says so much about how real change occurs in the world, but also how we humans perceive that change. Our attention is limited, so when we’re obsessed with a shiny new thing, we think a profound change will result overnight.
