    Car accident in Ascot (Image: NQ) A man in his late twenties has sustained life-threatening injuries following a crash between a BMW and a Ford Ranger. The incident occurred at approximately 5pm on Tuesday, April 15 on Winkfield Road in Ascot alongside Ascot racecourse and Royal Ascot Golf Club. Emergency services rushed to the scene where they discovered the collision between a blue BMW 5 Series and a black Ford Ranger.

    Winnersh Car park death (Image: Google maps) A 20-year-old man has sadly died following a crash in a Winnersh car park last night. The crash happened at about 10pm on Wednesday, April 16, at Winnersh Triangle park and ride car park on Wharfedale Road. Police said a dark green Land Rover Discovery lost control. A 20-year-old man, from Barnet, has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. He remains in custody at this time.

To mark National Offers Day on Wednesday, April 16, reception school aged kids found out which school that they would be attending in the upcoming seven years, between the ages of four and eleven. This follows the process where parents are asked to rank their preferred schools from one to three.
