Why is writing important to you and why do you think it’s an important medium for the world? Writing allows us to connect with the past, the present, and the future. It allows us to tell herstory, history, and every story in existence. It’s how we learn. It’s how we create. It’s how we grow. Writing helps me discover myself and others, and I don’t know what life would be like if I wasn’t a writer, but it wouldn’t be pretty. What are your tried and tested remedies to cure writer’s block?

Why is writing important to you and why do you think it’s an important medium for the world? First and foremost, for me, writing is a form of expression from the heart. It’s a way to communicate ideas, thoughts, and information across time and space. It is a way to make sense of the past, look forward to the future, and enjoy the now—or endure the now, depending on the moment. Expressing complex concepts, emotions, and experiences helps me make sense of the world.

Over-exposure to loud noise can damage your ears before you know it, causing permanent hearing loss and tinnitus – ringing or buzzing in your ears. There are two factors that increase the risk: how loud the sound is, and how long you are exposed to it for.
