I. IntroductionOn September 23, 2024, the Department of Justice’s (“DOJ”) Criminal Division announced significant changes to its Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs (“ECCP”), which prosecutors use in assessing the effectiveness of corporate compliance programs.
