SAN FRANCISCO: Antony Cousins has joined social media and consumer intelligence platform Meltwater as VP of product, effective at the beginning of last month. Cousins is responsible for growing Meltwater’s Mira AI interface and tools. He is reporting to Chris Hackney, chief product officer. Cousins said he joined Meltwater because, in terms of vision and capability, it was the highest-rated technology provider in the space with which he met.

NEW YORK: Former Bumble comms exec Gab Ferree is launching the network Off the Record to give PR professionals a private group with access to mentors, advice, kits, resources and community. Ferree soft-launched Off the Record on LinkedIn on May 13. Full membership is set to open on June 16; the waitlist to join is open, she said. “The best part of the work that I've done has been mentoring and building up the people that have worked on my teams,” she said.

NEW YORK: Orchestra has appointed Christian Vollerslev as COO and Louis-Philippe Cavallo as CFO. Vollerslev and Cavallo are responsible for accelerating the next phase of growth at the agency, said Erin Thibeau, VP of marketing communications at Orchestra. Vollerslev started in the role on May 15 and Cavallo began on April 15. Both report to Orchestra CEO Jonathan Rosen. Cavallo replaced Jennifer Rayman as CFO, Thibeau said. Rayman departed the role when Cavallo was hired.
