So the Chicago Office took on the daunted "50 Consecutive Three Man Weave Layup Challenge" and I'll say this: no one believed in us. Hindsight is 20/20 now, but The Yak, the chat, and the reply section all determined this to be impossible from the get go. And folks, not even two hours into the stream, we nearly had it. Until Steven Cheah got the rock on try #45..... I'm not here to shit on Cheah. He was the wheel chair guy and a key leader in the entire operation. But holy fuck was that not clutch.

So we obviously have the big Barstool After Dark stream tonight in which the Chicago office (to start....might take a village) must make 50 consecutive layups doing the Three Man Weave drill. Everyone in the know appears to be on the same page that this is going to take forever, especially if you saw the practice session the other day. Let me get something out of the way right from the jump: this is not going to be "easy" and it is not going to take 15 minutes, like some of the replies on the internet might suggest. First of all, I don't care how many of your JV basketball teams had to make layups in a row to end practice. A couple things:1.) 50 is not 15. The math shows that a 90% make rate (which we don't have), for 50 straight layups, gives us a .5% chance of completing this. 2.) None of your JV teams had Mintzy on them.

Look I'll be honest, I don't want to write this blog. Ryan Williams seems like a nice enough person and through the first few weeks of last season, he seemed like a nice enough player. I don't want to personally attack a kid that I don't know. So the challenge going into last night was simple:- Me, Katic, Mintzy, and Smokes were locked inside the Planet Fitness gym- 100 eggs in a Claw Machine- Each egg has a key- 1 key lets us out, 99 of the keys don't work- Each time we try a key that doesn't work, we had to spin this wheel and complete the challenge ^ I'll admit that this was one of those streams where we thought it sounded good, but then an hour in, we realized it was way too fucking much.

Alright so it's come to my attention that a few thousand people were upset (and voiced their concerns in the YouTube comments) about the fact that we finished in just under 2.5 hours last week when Hank, Beef, Rico Bosco, and I beat Scottie Scheffler's Sunday score at Quail Hollow. I do not apologize. We could've been there for months, and no one would've felt sorry.

I wanted to start off by saying "Another day, another gem of an outing for the best (regular season) pitcher in baseball: Tarik Daniel Skubal", but that would be disingenuous to how great of a start he just had. His first career complete game, taking only 95 pitches to do so. A shutout. 13 strikeouts. Only 2 hits. And hitting 103 mph with ease on the very last pitch in the 9th inning.

What a successful stream from the boys last night. The challenge was daunting: beat the PGA Championship winner's Sunday score at the exact same course (Quail Hollow) from the tips. 7600 yards! We thought we'd be in there not for days....not for weeks...but for months. So imagine the surprise on my face when the boys shot the round of our lives on the first try and beat Scheffler's Even par from Sunday! No folks, that is NOT photoshopped.
