(WRGB) — Nearly two dozen students from several local schools competed in the 3rd Annual Capital Region Poetry Slam at Doane Stuart, performing their original works before a packed audience and panel of judges. Organizer Joelle Russo, who is also Director of Experiential Learning and Curriculum Development at Doane Stuart, said the event began in 2023 as a way to give back to the community.

(WRGB) — Approximately two dozen lawsuits alleging sexual abuse have been filed in Westchester County against Four Winds psychiatric hospital, with locations in Katonah and Saratoga Springs. Of the lawsuits, seven have been filed against Four Winds Saratoga specifically. In court documents, the names of the alleged victims have been redacted; instead, they are noted as initials.

The Summit STEM Fellowship consists of two sessions. Session I will run from June 23 to July 11, and Session II will run from July 14 to August 1.

But for the past several months, students from Green Tech High School have been working behind the scenes to break down the plans for the pool and present their findings at a statewide conference of workforce professionals.
