Suzlon has secured a 170MW turbine purchase agreement from Ampin Energy Transition for an onshore wind farm the renewables developer is building in Andhra Pradesh. The Indian wind turbine manufacturer will supply 54 of its S144 wind turbine generators with 3.15 MW power ratings and hybrid lattice towers. Ampin is developing the onshore wind project in Kurnool on the northern edge of Andhra Pradesh in south-east India.
