LAKE FOREST, Ill. – The Trine University women's hockey team return home with a weekend split, after dropping the final game of 2023 by the score of 4-0 to their hosts from Lake Forest College. Neither team found the back of the net during the first period, but the Foresters outshot the Thunder 10-5 to control the momentum heading into the first intermission. Trine was under even heavier fire in the second period, with Lake Forest leading the shots 17-5 in the stanza.

POTSDAM, N.Y. – The Trine University women's hockey team dropped their first game of a doubleheader against SUNY Potsdam by the score of 4-1. The Bears built a lead through the open two periods of the contest, scoring in the first minute of play and then twice in the second period to take a 3-0 lead into the second intermission.

ANGOLA, Ind. – Despite a strong defensive effort, the Trine University women's hockey team dropped their first game against visiting Lake Forest College by the score of 1-0. Casey Frank led the effort finishing the game with 40 saves after receiving the start in net. Her best moment came in the 12th minute of the second period, coming up with a huge save on a breakaway opportunity for the Foresters, keeping the scoreless tie intact for the second intermission.

DE PERE, Wis. – The Trine University women's hockey team continues to look for their first win of the season after falling to St. Norbert College by the score of 7-0. The Green Knights went back-to-back in the eighth minute of the game, scoring two goals in under 20 seconds to build a commanding early lead. They added two more in the second and three in the third to finish with their final tally of seven.
