Martin Toms received his first speeding ticket in 57 years of driving after being caught at 31mph on the A548. Police have launched an urgent search for a teenager from South Gloucestershire who was last seen on a beach wearing only his swimming shorts. Athrun, 16, was last seen at approximately 2pm yesterday afternoon on West Shore Beach in Llandudno, where he was on holiday. He is described by North Wales Police as "vulnerable" and has short dark hair, and is approx. 6ft tall and of slim build, North Wales Live reports.
