The contract runs until September 2027 and will support the ICB’s strategy to better target care by using data to identify health risks and plan interventions.

A B&B and restaurant in Gwynedd has been placed on the market. Specialist business property adviser Christie & Co has been instructed to market Moelwyn Restaurant and B&B in the picturesque seaside town of Criccieth. Moelwyn comprises a 28-cover restaurant, a bar, and an outside terrace, known for serving lunch and dinner against a dramatic backdrop of sea and mountain views. Alongside the restaurant, Moelwyn also contains six en-suite B&B letting rooms.

A beach hut on an exclusive stretch of sand is on the market for the same price as an average terraced house. The shack on Abersoch's Porth Mawr only measures 12ft by 10ft internally, with its total floorspace extended by a balcony area. You also can't stay overnight in the corrugated metal hut, with it primarily for changing or to get out the sun - or other elements - on the popular beach. But that doesn't stop it being on the market for £150,000.

A major change has been announced to how police in Wales will use dashcam and other footage showing potential traffic offences. Operation Snap - led by road safety partnership GoSafe - is a digital portal that encourages public submissions of video proof of traffic violations. Careless driving and dangerously close overtakes of cyclists top the list of offences, along with running red lights. It has proved successful and been a "valuable tool" in cracking down on dangerous drivers.
