    Last year, Ammer Qaddumi, the leader of Austin’s Palestinian Solidarity Committee, was arrested for allegedly encouraging illegal actions being conducted by pro Palestinian protests, the charges against him and his fellow protestors were later dropped by Travis County’s left wing District Attorney, José Garza. Now, the University of Texas has officially suspended Qaddumi until August 2025 for disrupting campus back in April.
