Gayle Anderson shares an update on the construction of the Wallis Annenberg Wildlife Crossing, the under construction “wildway” that will allow animals to move safely about the 101 freeway which will significantly and safely expand animal frontiers. This monumental project broke ground the spring 2022. Construction is scheduled for completion by the end of 2025; however, docent tours of the project are currently available. Gayle Anderson reports eleven years after the meticulous and monumental transportation of Space Shuttle Endeavour along the streets of Los Angeles, another piece of the puzzle will make its way to the California Science Center. Wednesday morning, two large Solid Rocket Motors (SRMs) are being transported along the 110 Freeway, before navigating surface streets as it makes its way to the museum.
